The device of a high-voltage switch using FET, IGBT is necessary to create hard type pulser. With the development of IGBT, FET device technology, production of the semiconductor switch in the high-volume is possible. Products provided by our company is producing a semiconductor switch of 80kv / 10A, 1mS below grade. Acceleration of the E-GUN, is used as the output power switch on the Pulse Plasma. The order of production is possible depending on user's needs.
