IGBT,FET소자기술의 발전에 따라 대용량의 반도체 switch제작이 가능해 졌다.
당사에서 공급하는 제품은 80kv/10A, 1mS 이하 급의 반도체 switch를 생산하고 있다.
가속기의 E-GUN, Pulse Plasma 전원의 출력 switch로 사용하고 있다.
사용자의 요구에 따라 주문 생산이 가능하다.
